Lighthouse...
A beacon of light in a building for people, to find themselves, for people to find some focus in life....
Narrower for support?
As it is the walk of life is quite lonely, probably why this narrow passage provides support and a closed space to feel a bit more comfortable.
Lady in red?
Mies' suggested color for the building.... red! The building which standsout in the Chicago skyline, from the usual suspects in grey, black and white. Some more life added to a lifeless being....

Paleface
Although a marvelous ceiling, I found it to be rather dead because of the very white pale color.

Such a beautiful chandelier, with a mosaic dome in the background. Together remind me of an intricate and extremely beautiful web...
Standing Still
Life is a big blur, and in such times, concrete structures remind us that there are still things where we can find that as the days pass by, nothing about them changes. This picture was taken at a very slow shutter speed, you can see the legs of people very faintly, besides seeing the trail of light left by vehicles

Eternity
There beyond the horizon lies rest and peace... a beautiful play of colours caused by the sunset and clouds... this and the following four pictures were my first attempt at doing photography.

God....!! didja switch on the night lamp or what?! This picture, although quite insignificant from any photographic point of view, shall forever hold my attention... thoughts... just the shapes of the clouds, the shades of purple because of the light...
